Introduction
Dr. Hala Yamout is a triple US Board Consultant Nephrologist in Dubai with additional subspecialty training in hypertension management and treatment. She completed her undergraduate studies and Doctor of Medicine degree from the American University of Beirut then fulfilled her internal medicine residency at St Louis University and nephrology fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital in Chicago.
In addition, she achieved an advanced fellowship in hypertension at the University of Chicago. She then worked as an assistant professor and practicing nephrologist at the St. Louis Veterans Affairs with an appointment at St. Louis University prior to joining CMC. During this time she received the Medical Staff Award for Dedication to Patient Care and Teaching in 2017.
