Yes. We support medical value travel, including home-country and third-country treatments, by assisting with hospital selection, appointments, documentation, insurance coordination, and travel logistics.
4 Do you work with insurance companies?
Yes. We work closely with insurers and TPAs to facilitate insurance-based treatments, subject to policy terms, approvals, and coverage limits.
5 Can you guarantee insurance approval or treatment outcomes?
No. Insurance approvals depend on the insurer’s policy terms, and medical outcomes depend on the treating healthcare provider. Bluedot facilitates the process but does not control clinical or insurance decisions.
6 How do you select hospitals and doctors?
We work with a global network of accredited hospitals and qualified healthcare providers. Recommendations are based on medical requirements, availability, quality standards, and cost considerations.
7 Will Bluedot provide medical advice?
No. Bluedot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical decisions are made solely by the treating doctors and healthcare institutions.
8 Are the treatment costs fixed?
No. Cost estimates shared are indicative only. Final costs are determined by hospitals, doctors, and service providers based on the treatment plan and clinical needs.
9 Do you assist with visas and travel?
Yes. We assist with medical travel coordination and documentation support. However, visa approvals, immigration clearance, and travel permissions are decided by the respective authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
10 How is my personal and medical information protected?
We handle all personal and medical information with strict confidentiality and in line with our Privacy Policy. Information is shared only on a need-to-know basis to facilitate services.
