Introduction
Dr. Hasanain has over 15 years of experience in Acute and Internal Medicine in the United Kingdom and UAE.
He completed his primary medical degree at Al-Mustansiriyiah University, Baghdad, trained in the UK, and achieved Certificate of Completion of Training in General Internal Medicine and Acute Medicine (CCT UK) in 2012.
After completion of training Dr Hasanain worked as Consultant Internal Medicine and Honorary Senior Lecturer at Hull and York Medical School in York, UK, during which he was the Clinical Governance Audit Lead and Clinical Lead for the Acute Medicine Department. He also set up the ambulatory care service and thromboembolism clinic.
Prior to joining Mediclinic he worked as Senior Consultant Internal Medicine and Internal Medicine Residency Training Core Faculty member in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi.
