Introduction
Dr. Ahmed El-Bakoury is a consultant trauma and orthopaedic surgeon who sub-specialises in pelvic, hip and knee surgeries. He is highly trained and experienced in all aspects of his field. Dr El-Bakoury has special interests in complex hip and knee replacements to treat osteoarthritis and sequelae of traumatic hip and knee problems. He is also a well-known hip arthroscopic (keyhole) surgeon who treats impingement, cartilage tears and other ligamentous injuries in young adults and professional athletes.
His years of expertise make him knowledgeable in other Hip and knee conditions that are related to arthritis, impingement, sports injuries (such as Labral and meniscal tears and ligament reconstruction) and also traumatic injuries.
