Dr. Omowunmi Braithwaite is a consultant obstetrician and gynecologist in Dubai, a special interest in Water birth deliveries with 30+ years of experience now started working at HMS Mirdif Hospital.
Dr. Omowunmi Braithwaite has had more than 10 years of working experience in the United Arab Emirates as a Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
Prior to her move to the UAE, she worked in a substantive Consultant post in a busy London Hospital for over 8 years.
She was involved in training and teaching medical students from the Imperial Medical School, the largest medical school in the UK. She is a well-respected world-renowned OBGYN consultant.
Her experience is diverse in Obstetrics and Gynecology but most especially in:
Management of early pregnancy complications such as bleeding and ectopic pregnancies.
High-level scanning in Gynecology ultrasound including management of ovarian cysts and fibroids, Management of high-risk pregnancies.
Expertise in the deliveries of normal vaginal births in breech presentation, multiple pregnancies, and vaginal birth after a Cesarean section.
