Introduction
Dr. Ghassan Nakad is an interventional cardiology specialist in Dubai with a Fellowship from the University of Liege, Belgium, and qualifications from the Cardiology Board and the Internal Medicine Board, Lebanese University. He has worked in hospitals in the UAE, Belgium and Lebanon.
Dr. Nakad performs a number of advanced interventional cardiology procedures, including left main angioplasty, chronic total occlusions, and multivessel angioplasty. He also performs radial access procedures, intravascular coronary imaging, device-based acute heart failure treatment. He treats arrhythmia and manages cardiac pacemaker programming.
Dr. Nakad also performs echocardiography (strain rate speckle tracking echo), transoesophageal echocardiography, dobutamine stress echocardiography, and cardiac stress tests. Dr. Nakad also treats patients using clinical and preventive cardiology approaches.
