Introduction

Dr. Chetan Prakash is a skilled Orthopaedic Surgeon practising at Medcare Royal Speciality Hospital. He completed his MBBS at the Lala Lajpat Rai Memorial Medical College, Meerut, followed by a Diploma in Orthopaedics from the Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, and a Diplomate of the National Board (DNB) from St. Stephen's Hospital, New Delhi, India. He holds a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Traumatology from the Kantonsspital Basel in Switzerland, and another in Sports Injuries (ISAKOS-approved). He is a member of AO Trauma, the International Society of Arthroscopy, Knee Surgery and Orthopaedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), the Surgical Review Corporation and the International Society for Knowledge for Surgeons on Arthroscopy and Arthroplasty (ISKSSA).
Dr. Prakash is a distinguished Orthopaedic and Joint Replacement Surgeon with more than three decades of experience. He has worked across several prestigious hospitals in many countries and is associated with several medical centres in Dubai. Before joining Medcare, he worked at the Zulekha Hospital, Dubai, as an Orthopaedic Surgeon for many years. His work has been published in various medical journals, and he is invited as a Guest speaker at scientific conferences.
