Dr. Abtan Ahmad Al-Talafih is an expert in Gastroenterology and is recognised by the European Board of Gastroenterology and Hepatology. He studied medicine in Basra, Iraq before going on to specialise in gastroenterology and hepatology from the Jordanian Medical Council and complete certifications for highly specialised procedures from the UK and USA. Dr Al-Talafih has been associated with the prestigious Theodor Bilharz Research Institute in Egypt for several years and is an active member of the Jordanian Gastroenterology Society, Oneexamination Group, Jordan Society of Allergy and Immunology, Jordanian Society of Internal Medicine and the British and European Society of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.
