Introduction
Dr. Samir Joshi is an accomplished ENT specialist with over 28 years of surgical and academic experience. He earned his Master of Surgery (MS) in ENT from the Government Medical College, Nagpur, India in 1996—one of the country’s oldest institutions serving a large patient population in Central India. Guided by the values of “Excellence, Ethics, and Commitment”, Dr. Joshi has held multiple prestigious roles throughout his career, including Dean, Professor, and Head of ENT and Head & Neck Surgery for over 15 years. He has served at major tertiary care teaching hospitals, notably BJ Medical College and Sassoon Hospitals (Pune) and KJ Somaiya Medical College and Research Centre (Mumbai). He has mentored over 50 ENT surgeons, many of whom now practice in India, the UK, and the UAE. Over the course of his career, Dr. Joshi has performed and supervised more than 23,000 major ENT surgeries and has published over 60 research papers in reputed journals.
