He has led multidisciplinary Orthopedic teams at multiple tertiary care hospitals as Senior Consultant and Head of the Department , demonstrating excellence in clinical management, staff mentorship and healthcare administration. His expertise encompasses HR oversight, procurement, operational audits and vendor negotiations ensuring seamless and high-quality patient care. As a mentor and academic, he has guided medical trainees, contributed to peer-reviewed literature, and championed orthopedic research and innovation.
