With over a decade of experience, Dr. Panchal has served in several leading institutions, including Apollo International Hospital, Narayana Health (NH), Shalby Hospitals, and Gujarat Cancer and Research Institute (GCRI). He most recently held the position of Assistant Professor at Dr. M.K. Shah Medical College & Research Centre, where he led the Department of Diabetes and Endocrine. A pioneer in Digital Diabetes Care in Gujarat, Dr. Panchal has played a key role in the development of innovative healthcare models such as the Blue Index – The Diabetes Health Score and the Diabetes Freedom Model, both of which have gained international recognition. He has also led structured diabetes management programs and initiated digital health innovations aimed at enhancing long-term patient outcomes.
