Introduction
After completing MD Paediatrics from VS Hospital, Ahmedabad, Dr Vinitha worked as Assistant Professor in Malabar Medical College before acquiring her fellowship in Gastrointestinal diseases Hepatology and Nutrition from AIMS, Kochi. Her areas of special interest are functional GI disorders, IBD, Pancreatic disorders.
She has experience in managing children with various gastrointestinal, liver and pancreatic diseases. She has expertise in performing procedures like upper endoscopy, colonoscopy, polypectomy stricture dilatation, PEG placement and management of variceal bleed.
