Nanda is a leading Psychiatric Social Worker and Counsellor with over 20 years of experience in mental health and behavioral care. She has served in the Health Services Department, Government of Kerala, coordinated initiatives with the India Clinical Epidemiology Unit Network, and managed projects with KSACS and DFID, under the Foundation for Integrated Research in Mental Health.
She specializes in individual counselling, stress management, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive and behavioral therapies, family interventions, and child & adolescent counselling. Nanda is also an expert in group therapy, de-addiction counselling, and rehabilitation programs, providing comprehensive support to individuals and families.
